Items are described to the best of our ability. If you have any
questions, please ask before you buy. All correspondence is kept on
file. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact
us within 3 days after receipt of your purchase. Please email us at
Customerservice@thebeerglassguy.com . In your email please
describe your concern and provide your phone number so that we
may contact you to resolve your concerns. In case of a return, you
will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item only. NO
shipping will be refunded. You will also be responsible for return
shipping fees. Since items are being mailed from Germany, sometimes
there maybe customs charges. You will have to pay all customs
charges if any apply.

The Beer Glass Guy uses Ecrater.com for our checkout service so
when you order you will receive confirmations from
theBeerGlassGuy.Ecrater.com . Ecrater order system adds the
weight of items together so the postage you see for multiple items
shipments has already taken into consideration the weight of all
items and is correct for shipments east of the Mississippi River.
Shipments beyond this point will be billed an additional $1.00 per
pound. An email invoice will be sent to you for payment and must be
paid before your items will be shipped. Some, not all, orders on the
East Coast will receive refunds on shipping charges. The shipping
rate system in Ecrater is not exact. We apologize for the
inconvenience of undercharging some orders while overcharging
others.

We are shipping from Europe. Items 6 pounds and under will be
shipped Priority mail. Expect delivery up to 6 business days after
notification of shipment. All others will be shipped Parcel Post.
Expect delivery up to 12 business days after notifications of
shipment for Parcel Post items. We are not responsible for delays
once we have given your shipment to the USPS.

In case of damage, we will need digital photos of the package and
the item or items as they are in the package. You should be able to
hear broken glass right away if the product is broken. We take
great care in packing the product so it is unlikely that you will
receive a broken item. We must have photos as detailed above to
process claims.

Your privacy is protected. We do not sell or give your information
to anyone. Your information is used for our records only. Since
transactions occur through Google Checkout or Paypal, we never
receive your account numbers.
